What can you find in the app and how can it benefit you?

In the services overview, you can view your current credit balance, track your consumption of units from your prepaid plan NEŘEŠTO or from various packages (Minutes, SMS, and Data). You will see exactly how many units remain, when your prepaid plan renews, and when you need to top up your credit or activate a new package.

The app allows you to easily select one of the attractive NEŘEŠTO prepaid plans—no need to visit a store or sign any documents. Simply link your PAYMENT CARD, and the plan will automatically renew after 30 days.

Alternatively, you can customize your packages by mixing Data, Minutes, and SMS to suit your needs perfectly. For auto-renewing packages, you have the option to purchase extra data or disable automatic renewal.

Recharging your credit is straightforward within the app, ensuring you never miss out on special Facebook promotions where additional credit is awarded. For convenience, you can activate a one-click payment setup so that in future transactions, you just select the amount, click recharge, and complete the process effortlessly.

If you owe a friend at Kaktus—for example, for coffee—you can send them fifty crowns directly via the app from your credit balance, making settlements quick and simple.

The app also provides access to billing history, giving you a clear overview of when your NEŘEŠTO prepaid plan was paid, the cost of your packages, top-up dates, and call history with charges.

Even when roaming, you have access to data used by the app without additional charges.
